Ana Thigpen is a superb, businesslike agent, always on top of what is transpiring in the market and was constantly in touch with me through email, phone and letters mailed through the postal service. She is very proficient and through and has a genteel aura about her. If anyone I know needs an agent, I would recommend her in a heartbeat. As far as the agency itself, the office is quite impressive and the staff responsive to my needs. I was indeed grateful that everything went smoothly for the closing. At the present moment, there is no anticipation that I would be engaged in any real estate transactions.
