FHA Mortgage Insurance Reduced

Effective January 26, 2015, the FHA Annual Mortgage Insurance Premium will be reduced by .5% for new loans.  I am so excited that buyers will have lower monthly payments or be able to qualify for a higher sales price.  Below are some examples showing both rates so you can see the savings available to you.
