My preparation for this role is rooted in the foundation I have established over 13 years of proudly serving clients in the Inland Empire communities of Southern California. For me, this began with earning a solid education in the form of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Earning my license as a Real Estate Broker placed me on a path that would enable me to channel my business knowledge, work ethic, professional strengths, and aspirations. It is satisfying and rewarding to find that I can do this while doing so in the service of others who also are pursuing their life’s passions, which often are grounded in owning a home.
Practicing real estate is not just a job for me; it is my full-time profession and a passion. For that reason, I have invested in achieving multiple additional credentials, each of which is the product of intensive higher education and represents specialized skills and knowledge that the vast majority of practicing agents do not possess. - GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute): the #1 nationally-recognized professional real estate designation, attesting to in-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
- e-Pro® Certification: a program that enables REALTORS® to apply the most advanced digital technology and social media strategies in their real estate practice.
- Green designation: certifies completion of a course of study about energy efficiency and sustainability issues as they relate to real estate.
- SFR® (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource): refers to REALTORS® who have completed comprehensive training in helping buyers and sellers of distressed properties and connecting them with the appropriate finance, tax, and legal professionals.
- CRS (Certified Residential Specialist): This designation is the highest credential awarded to sales agents, managers, and brokers.
