Ana Thigpen did a great job especially considering the unique challenges of selling the house. She did most of the work to help move out a difficult rental tenant, found and worked with contractors to rebuild , and got a better than expected sale price. She is very patient and on top of all details, dealing with contingencies ahead of time. Best of all she is a nice person and a pleasure to work with.
