We have been working with Ana for 10 years, I have purchased 2 homes with her and her professionalism is above board. Our most recent transaction proved her ability to make the impossible, possible. In Late July 2020 we had decided that we were going to move out of the state of California and re locate to Utah, however, we had fell in love with a property in Utah and put in an offer prior to listing our 2 houses in California. The odds, and time was not on our side. Ana rolled up her sleeves and started working immediately. We had less than 1 month, to not only get our rental property ready, we also we needed to sell our home. Neither home was market ready, Ana took the initiative immediately and became a general contractor for the rental house while we worked on our home. It took 3 weeks to get both our houses ready to list, this only gave us 1 week to put on the market and sell before we lost the home in Utah. With her expert knowledge of the market, she listed both homes below what we wanted them to be listed at, but we trusted her knowledge and agreed with her. Both houses were only on the market for 2 days, we had over 20 offers on each home, all above asking price. It was a total success, and we could not have made it happen with out the, unwavering devotion Ana has to her clients. She has been a family friend since the beginning and we wish her nothing but success in the future.
